Q. What types of merchants do you NOT accept?
A. Adult Internet, Internet Gambling, Escort Services, Airlines, Illegal Activities of any kind, Collection Agencies (if written off Debt)
Q. What credit card types may I accept?
A. PayLeap supports all major North American card networks. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Wright Express, Carte Blanche & Diner's Club.
Q. Will I need additional equipment?
A. If you are an internet, mail order, or telephone order merchant then the answer is “no.” PayLeap converts any PC into a real time Virtual Terminal. If you will be accepting face-to-face transactions, there may be the costs associated with purchasing a card swiper and a pin pad, if debit processing is desired. Please mention this to our representatives during the application process.
Q. What type of bank account do I need?
A. You will need a business checking account. Your bank must allow this account to be credited and debited via ACH methods.
Q. What happens after my application is approved?
A. After we approve your application, we will send you an email that confirms your approval and contains your user name and password. You will also receive a welcome kit via U.S. Mail with information pertinent to your account and customer service information.
Q. How will I get paid for credit card transactions?
A. Your designated checking account will be credited for MasterCard/Visa transactions within two business days of batch submission. All American Express transactions will be deposited by American Express.
Q. Who will review the information on my application?
A. Our merchant underwriting and activation group will review your application. The information you provide is kept completely confidential.
Q. Who do I contact if I am having problems with the application?
A. If you are having difficulty with any of the requested application data or are experiencing technical problems while completing the application, please call 877-472-9532. PayLeap representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm EDT.
Q. How long will it take me to complete the online application?
A. We've designed our short online application with your busy schedule in mind. But before you begin, you will need to gather necessary information. Provided you have all of the information on hand, you can complete the application in about 15 minutes.
Q. Am I required to have a physical storefront to process credit cards?
A. No, this is not a requirement.

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. PayLeap meets all requirements for PCI compliance.
Q. Will PayLeap work with our shopping cart?
A. We are integrated with many shopping carts and the list continues to grow. Click here to see our current partners.
Q. How do I become a reseller?
A. Simply go to the Contact Page and fill out the form, select Reseller Program and click submit. Our partner channel will contact you with the program details.
Q. Will I be compensated at a listed buy rate?
A. No. Buy rates limit your earning potential. Unlike most of our competitors, we will share a generous portion of actual profit generated from both the MC/Visa merchant processing and gateway revenue.
Q. How will I be compensated?
A. You'll be compensated via ACH into your designated business checking account
Q. When will I be compensated?
A. We will initiate the direct deposit the last week of every month. We always pay a month behind so for example, we would compensate you the last week of May for April activity.
Q. Will the compensation be paid for the life of the account?
A. Yes. Residual income is truly “the gift that keeps on giving,” based on the fact that you will be compensated for the life of the account. As long as they remain a PayLeap merchant, you will be compensated!
Q. Service is important to me. Will you take care of me and my merchant clients?
A. To paraphrase our mission statement, we are an ethical steward to those we serve. Price may acquire a merchant, but service will retain them! Most concerns will be addressed immediately. Additionally, we will strive to answer all concerns within 24 hours.
